ELITS is now looking for a Enterprise Business Architectfor our operations in Canada.

Enterprise Business Architect to provide their leadership, expertise, and strategic knowledge.

• Assess and improve the business processes
• Develop and maintain the business architecture framework, aligning it goals and strategies
• Work with stakeholders to define business capabilities, processes, and value streams to support transformation initiatives aligned with IT objectives
• Provide strategic guidance on business models, and IT investment priorities
• Work closely with IT and leadership to ensure technology solutions align with business needs and enterprise architecture principles

Requirements:

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks
• Expertise with TOGAF or FEAF frameworks
• Translate strategic business goals into target-state business capabilities
• Ability to engage with C-level executives, business leaders, IT architects, and delivery teams to align architecture strategy with business goals and drive consensus
• Experience in Developing Multi-Year Business Architecture Roadmaps
• Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Ability
• Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills
• Proficient in using any of tools such as Sparx EA, MEGA, BizzDesign, or ArchiMate for business architecture modelling, capability mapping, and business model visualization
• Knowledge of insurance, industry regulations, and market dynamics to provide deeper alignment between architecture and business strategy preferred
• Prior involvement in driving enterprise-wide digital transformation, modernization of legacy systems, and enabling digital operating models and customer experiences preferred
• Understanding of how business architecture intersects with data strategy, data governance models, and master data management MDM principles in large organizations preferred
• Knowledge of tools like BPMN, Signavio, or ARIS to support business process optimization and automation initiatives preferred
