What Youll Do:

Drive Sales Growth:Execute product strategies to boost sales and profitability in your market area.

Support Customers:Provide technical assistance and product support to both existing and potential customers.

Develop Solutions:Create and present value solutions, propositions, and win plans for sales cases.

Promote Innovation:Introduce new product designs and innovations to end users and internal teams.

Identify Opportunities:Help sales teams identify new potential customers.

Achieve Targets:Meet sales target numbers in your region.

Competitive Insight:Offer insights on competition and advise on pricing levels.

Negotiate Deals:Negotiate pricing levels and delivery schedules for our product line.

Expert Installation:Provide expertise in product installation.

Who You Are:

Educational Background:BS Degree in Business or Engineering.

Industry Experience:Minimum 5 years experience in mineral processing equipment, preferably related products.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills are a must.

Tech Savvy:Experience with CRM (Salesforce), AutoCAD, and SAP software is a plus.

Communication Pro:Excellent communication skills, drive, and performance orientation.

Client-Focused:Strong client skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and understanding customer needs and market requirements.
