Full-time Mental Health Counselor in Alameda, California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be delivering assessment and intervention to clients of all types.
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Key job duties include but are not limited to providing psychological services including conducting diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning for patients of the clinic. Attending and participating in regular case consultations, Grand Rounds, team meetings, and other meetings as required

Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited academic program
- Full, independent, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC))
- At least 2 years providing clinical supervision (preferred)
- Formal training in child, couples, family therapy, relational/interpersonal, or contemporary psychodynamic psychotherapy (preferred)
- Strong background in clinical counseling techniques and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and support
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
