We are seeking a highly skilled, ambitious, and multi-disciplined Creative Specialist to develop compelling visual content that communicates complex information effectively across multiple mediums, all with a stunning aesthetic.
About the Role
As a Creative Specialist, you will play a critical role in crafting high-quality motion graphics, video content, and presentations to support internal and external communications. You will work closely with analysts, engineers, and leadership to translate technical concepts into visually engaging materials that drive awareness, understanding, and action.
Requirements:
Salary: $75,000-$95,000
Travel: Up to 25% travel potential

About the Role
As a Creative Specialist, you will play a critical role in crafting high-quality motion graphics, video content, and presentations to support internal and external communications. You will work closely with analysts, engineers, and leadership to translate technical concepts into visually engaging materials that drive awareness, understanding, and action.
- Graphic Design
- Provide detail-oriented graphic design and illustration services to manager, team, and internal clients on a range of projects, from infographics to diagrams and charts.
- Develop graphics for social media, web, print, advertising, and more.
- Maintain brand consistency and design standards across all visual content.
- Document and Presentation Design
- Develop Microsoft-based document templates, collateral templates, business correspondence templates
- Design high-impact PowerPoint presentations, brochures, flyers, and other business documents/presentations
- Photography
- Photograph company events and select customer engagements for promotional use.
- Video and Animation
- Create explainer videos, social media videos, motion graphics, animations, and other promotional video content.
- Concepting and Collaboration
- Work with manager and colleagues to develop creative concepts
- Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity in visual storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
Requirements:
- US Citizenship Required.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in visual content creation, motion graphics, and video editing at a national security or technology company.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proficiency in both PC and Mac environments.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and the entire Microsoft 365 suite.
- Strong experience in print layouts and production.
- Strong experience in digital creative design.
- Track record to move fast and remain detail oriented. You must be a self-proofer.
- Ability to distill technical and security-related information into compelling visual formats.
