OVERVIEW:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Process Mapping

• Apply best practices to process documentation, organization and review cadences to fit the organization
• Document both current state and new process development as a part of a cross functional team
• In partnership with cross functional teams, isolate pain points or gaps in current state processes with recommended solutions which can be implemented in short vs. long term timeframes
• Support meetings, lead small group interviews, and workshops to gather requirements necessary for design solutions
• Develop dashboard views of KPIs and track efficiency improvements gained through change or automation
• Report on key metrics to stakeholders and leadership team

Project Management

• Coordinate and complete various project management tasks including, communication and training plan development, leadership status reports, and standardized tools/process guides
• Elevate key risks or roadblocks and provide recommendations to drive work and process efficiencies

Change Management

• Support the training and adoption of new processes with the cross functional user group
• Develop training resources in the form of user guides or reference materials
• Apply best practices for structuring training documentation resources and review cadences to fit the organization

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business; Technology; Communication, Engineering or other related discipline
• 5-7 years experience in Business Process Design Experience; Retail Experience preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
• PMP preferred
• Change Management Certification preferred
• Current/Future State Process Mapping Required
• Workshop/Training; Planning, Preparation and Delivery preferred

• Ability to define a problem, evaluate its requirements, and implement processes or systems with communication and adoption plans./
