Job Description:
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services, focusing on general population.
- Deliver effective patient care and achieve productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
- Manage daily caseload of 12-14 patients, ensuring high-quality follow-up visits.
- Flexibly float to other clinics as needed to meet patient care demands.
- Work collaboratively multi-disciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Ensure appropriate patient documentation and comply with clinical protocols.
- Double-book follow-up visits when required to accommodate patient demand.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage and communicate with a diverse patient population.
- Seek director approval before working beyond regular scheduled hours.
