They have a complicated tool for AR focused development for code generation and automation being able to proscribe and auto generate codes and templates. Maintenance/adding final tweaks. The developer will still be around but the element is Rady to shift gears and own this piece. There is a back log of improvements been identified, run team stands up twice a week - folks Working through backlog items and new issues that surface and coordinating with team on a day to day basis

The team has 6 other members
Augment the team to enable focus upon quality initiatives

1. Great Python coder (2-5 years) coding from scratch
2. 2 Ability to gather requirements, build a plan, and provide status
3. 3 Ability to derive single solutions for multiple stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
1. Embedded System knowledge (including C/C++)
2. 2 Knowledge of build systems
3. Familiarity with code generation tools
