Job Description:
- Work in an outpatient behavioral health setting focusing on process groups and patient-centered care
- Conduct group psychotherapy, group psychoeducation, and process groups for adults and adolescents aged 13-18
- Perform admissions and discharges, focusing on de-risking patients
- Document assessments and complete billing sheets, census, and group notes by the end of the day
- Collaborate with a supportive team including a director, team lead, admin assistant, full-time RN, PRN RNs, licensed professional counselors, and licensed clinical social workers
- Provide a safe and voluntary environment for patients, with direct admission processes for higher levels of care
- Focus on patient experience with professionalism, compassion, and adherence to clinical and service standards
- Dress Code: Black scrubs or business casual; dark jeans allowed on Fridays, without holes or tears
- No beds in the unit; patient ratios are 12:1
- Participate in a culture of safety and learning, contributing to a high-functioning and high-performing team
- Attend meetings and utilize available resources for documentation, such as dual monitors at each clinician's workstation
- Certifications in CPI and Basic Life Support required
- Opportunity to work in a newly constructed adjacent suite as services expand
