A Day in the Life

The AVP, Omni Retail Tools will lead, manage and coordinate a wide range of business management solutions in support of the Retail Field Community.
Requirements
12+ years of related experience
Proven ability to create effective training content for diverse audiences, including field sales teams, retailers, and consumers.
Strong expertise in omni-channel strategies, upskilling programs, and retail education tools.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), content creation platforms, and presentation tools.
Strong project management skills.
Responsibilities
Oversee centralized teams responsible for omni-retail tools (retail systems, platform management).
Develop data-driven recommendations for new tools that address evolving consumer needs, leveraging insights and shopper intelligence to identify market opportunities.
Implement strategic solutions in a cost-effective and time efficient manner. This includes managing and defining metrics for success, establishing key stakeholder expectations, and developing business plans in collaboration with cross functional partners
Manages the key technology platforms/systems and data integrity processes to support the Retail Field Community.
Design and execute trend reporting on key performance indicators including report design, data analytic and insights (i.e.; field/finance compliance, open positions, beauty advisor turnover and retention rates, etc) to support accuracy of finance reporting across LUXE
Works in close consultation with various LUSA-level offices to represent the needs and interests of the Retail Field Community and establishing strong working, cross-functional relationships and partnership.
Serves as the subject matter expert to the broader LUSA field sales community on issues related to contingent workers.
