We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Manager to lead our production engineering team. Although Airtech is a midsized Global company having manufacturing facilities in six countrieswe maintain the agility of a small, family-owned business having the ability to pivot quickly, foster collaboration, and maintain a hands-on approach to leadership.
The role of Technical Manager requires a proactive and adaptable leader who can assess challenges, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement facility wide. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, an ability to motivate and develop teams, and a hands-on approach to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production engineering department to enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality standards.
- Lead and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to increase productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production, resolve challenges, and implement best practices.
- Manage key projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as a technical resource and problem solver, providing expertise in manufacturing and engineering.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven leadership experience in engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence teams at all levels.
- A hands-on approach to leadership, with a willingness to step in and support operations as needed.
- Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization is highly desirable.
- An engineering degree or relevant technical background is preferred but not required.
