- Provides project management on large scale, complex, high profile and high-risk projects for Government I&IT initiatives.
- Project Planning and Road mapping: Collaborate with technical teams to develop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Task Breakdown: Break down large, complex tasks into smaller, manageable pieces of work, ensuring clarity and focus for the team.
- gile Facilitation: Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to agile processes and principles.
- Bottleneck Identification: Proactively identify bottlenecks and risks and propose actionable solutions to keep projects on track.
- Work Allocation: Ensure team members have a steady stream of work, balancing workloads and priorities across teams.
- Metrics and KPIs: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and work throughput.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize team efficiency and output.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Reporting: Create and deliver clear, actionable reports on project status, progress, and metrics using tools like JIRA.

- SDLC Tracking & Technical Oversight: Monitor and track the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure projects progress through key phases (e.g., planning, development, testing, deployment) efficiently, identifying risks and dependencies at each stage.
Technical Understanding:
- Strong grasp of how technical products are built, with the ability to engage with engineers and understand technical challenges.
- Possess a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience guiding projects through each phase, from planning and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- gile Expertise: Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and familiarity with agile tooling like JIRA.
