Day to Day
Integrate data from a variety of internal and external sources in order to support data and analytics activities across Indeed's global business functions, providing insight into the global job market and supporting product innovation. Lead or participate in the design and implementation of data pipelines, data models, data transformations, and tooling for a cloud-based, distributed data processing and data management system. Develop code-based data pipelines capable of handling millions of events per day. Analyze and resolve system performance issues through query tuning, data model revision, or other methods. Design and implement automated testing to enforce data quality standards. Lead or contribute to continuous improvement in development standards and processes. Collaborate with engineering and product leadership, partner teams, vendors and others to define project scope, evaluate technologies, or otherwise provide technical direction.
Position is in Austin, TX. Up to 100% telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted.

Salary Range Transparency
Salary Range: $144,144 to $166,000 per year
