Overview:

A well-known electronics and appliances manufacturing company seeks an accomplished Director of Consumer Analytics & Insights to lead a skilled team of analysts, bridging data-driven strategy with business objectives to drive marketing and product innovation.As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data science, statistical methodologies, and advanced analytics to guide internal teams toward business growth while continuously optimizing performance.

Responsibilities:
Advanced Consumer Research & Testing:
Oversee qualitative and quantitative consumer research methodologies, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics to enhance market understanding and inform strategic initiatives.
Data Integration & Insights Generation: Synthesize multiple data sources-including first-party, third-party, and syndicated data-to generate actionable consumer insights that influence marketing, product innovation, and business strategy.
Segmentation & Predictive Modeling: Develop and implement sophisticated audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and targeting strategies across brands and product categories to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Ownership of Data Ecosystem: Manage data platforms and analytics tools, including Circana/NPD, Luminate, Dynata, Yogi, BERA, etc. ensuring seamless integration and accuracy.
Data Infrastructure & Measurement Frameworks: Establish robust measurement infrastructures, conceptual data frameworks, and reporting cadences to optimize analytics efficiency, including a learning agenda that aligns to business goals.
Data Engineering & Automation: Collaborate with data engineering teams to develop and maintain scalable data lakes, warehouses, and automated dashboards for media, site, and product teams.
Machine Learning & Statistical Analysis: Utilize modern statistical learning techniques-including regression analysis, classification models, supervised and unsupervised learning-to uncover deep consumer insights and forecast trends.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner across marketing, media, CRM, product development, and eCommerce teams to embed data-driven decision-making into all aspects of the business.
Emerging Data Technologies & Partnerships: Evaluate and implement emerging data tools, methodologies, and partnerships to enhance consumer insights and drive competitive advantage.
Digital Analytics & Attribution Modeling: Oversee media, site, creative, and CRM analytics, leveraging attribution modeling and multi-touchpoint analysis to provide strategic recommendations and optimize performance.
Build Consumer Product Testing System: Create a test bed environment for product sales viability and in-market velocity
Compliance & Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance, and governance best practices across all analytics functions.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in consumer analytics or data strategy.
Proven experience leading analytics teams and collaborating across disciplines.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL or similar languages for data analysis and predictive modeling.
Advanced Statistical & Machine Learning Techniques: Knowledge of regression analysis, clustering, decision trees, and AI-driven insights.
Data Infrastructure & Digital Analytics: Experience with cloud-based data platforms, CDPs, DMPs, Google Analytics, pixel tracking, and site tagging.
Media & CRM Analytics: Strong understanding of marketing performance measurement, customer journey analysis, and omnichannel attribution models.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
