Will serve as a key leader and contributor, involved in BD projects from conception to execution, working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional partners to drive performance improvements through new initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage advisor recruiting team members to established recruiting goals for existing and new advisors and institutions.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Build and maintain business development sales assets, including playbooks, guides, advisor facing collateral and discussion checklists/manuals. Working with subject matter expert teams to ensure content is current, accurate and deep enough for employees to have meaningful discussions that add value in every interaction. This will include, but not be exclusive of, affiliation models, transition process, capability set, competitive landscape, pricing, and more.
- Manage activities and initiatives that have commonality across all of BD that are inclusive of, but not exclusive of events, conferences, and in market meetings.
- Interpret and harness data insights to provide feedback to team, and align priorities on focus areas.
- Develop exceptional executive-level presentations to drive engagements.
- Continuously optimize and streamline sales pipeline related processes and activities, including but not limited to reporting, forecasting, and KPI setting / tracking.
- Work with cross functional teams to optimize the sales flow and enable deal delivery. This includes LPL teams and FRG teams (i.e. Business Development, Business Consulting, Onboarding).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales and marketing programs that support the sales effort.
- Partner with the finance team to ensure deal structures and pricing balance competitiveness with profitability for clients and FRG/LPL.
- Use market trends, client insights, and competitor analysis to refine and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, enablement, and operations, with proven success in sales planning, performance management, and data-driven decision-making
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing people and driving results
- Deep understanding of wealth management/financial services, with the ability to translate market trends into actionable sales strategies
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), problem solving, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders to develop unified sales strategies
- Quantitative and qualitative problem-solving experience, including turning quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations and business strategies
- Solid analytical problem-solving skills, including familiarity with analyzing reports, deriving insights from data, and presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner
- A demonstrated commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative work environment
- Skilled communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leaders in a simplistic manner
- Superior presentation (PPT) development skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to execute multiple initiatives at the same time
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
