Position Summary
H5's Sales Director shall have the responsibility for sourcing new opportunities and managing select existing customer relationships throughout key touchpoints, such as initial qualification, contract discussions, deal execution, regular customer reviews, customer escalations and any discussions surrounding the expansion, renewal, termination, and reduction of a customer agreement.
Essential Job Functions
Responsible for sourcing new opportunities and relationships Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers and ensure accounts experience superior customer service. Single point of contact for non-technical customer requests and service. Consult with customers on a regular basis. Maintain the highest level of integrity with the customer. Trust and our reputation are of the upmost importance. Regularly work the ecosystem partners to source new opportunities and assist companies throughout the ecosystem. Negotiate agreements with existing and future customers. Attending industry events and regularly interacting with customers at various levels. Grow knowledge of data center industry and IT trends. Understand the market in which you work - competitor availability, pricing, and new construction.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Skills and Abilities
3+ years of experience communicating with customers on a regular basis. Excellent organizational and time management skills Comprehensive understanding of the data center industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Written and verbal. Must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude. The ability to work well in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
