Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple's largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things.
The Digital Commerce Management (DCM) team ensures a seamless, high-quality shopping experience across Apple's digital platforms, including Apple.com/shop, the Apple Store App, and five additional customer-facing platforms in 39 countries.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Online Operations, the Director of Digital Commerce Management will lead a global team responsible for driving digital publishing and commerce operations, optimizing commerce and content workflows, and driving innovation in content management technology. This leader will balance operational excellence with creative execution, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class e-commerce experiences.

Scale, optimize & implement Digital Publishing & E-Commerce Operations - Oversee digital commerce execution across Apple.com/shop, the Apple Store App, and other digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, agility, and efficiency at a global scale.

Description
Lead a Global, High-Performing Team - Build, mentor, and lead a geographically distributed team of full-time employees, contractors, and managed service vendors, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, agility, quality and continuous improvement.

Strengthen Cross-Functional Partnerships - Work closely with Online Merchandising, Marketing, MarCom, Engineering and Online Operations to drive seamless execution, influence roadmaps and align digital Commerce strategies with business goals.

Champion Innovation in Content Management Technology - Partner with Optimization, Product and Engineering teams to enhance commerce management systems, integrating automation, AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Optimize Content Workflow Efficiency - Drive cross-functional teams to develop and implement streamlined, scalable workflows that enhance speed, agility and quality in digital content publishing and commerce operations.
