About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial roofing projects. This position is primarily office-based but includes occasional site visits. The role requires managing multiple new construction projects with long durations and various mobilizations while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Planning & Coordination: Work closely with the estimator to review plans, understand the scope of work, and effectively communicate project details to the team.
• Scheduling & Resource Management: Oversee project schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure all necessary materials, labor, and equipment are in place.
• Team Leadership: Supervise the Field Supervisor, Shop Fabricator, and Delivery Scheduling Coordinator, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor project profitability, work with the administrative team to ensure timely invoicing, and process subcontractor payroll.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Serve as the liaison between the owner, staff, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain smooth project execution.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of experience managing new construction residential homes, light commercial, and retail projects.
• Knowledge of steep slope roofing (metal, composites, cedar, tile) preferred.
• Familiarity with asphalt shingles and TPO roofing is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for details and deadlines.
