This is a temporary position.

The Senior Manager, Retail Marketing is responsible for implementing and supporting a marketing plan aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, and press. The ideal candidate is a pro-active, with a proven background in ecommerce marketing, including both brand and performance marketing. We are looking for someone who brings both practical experience in various marketing channels and tools, as well as experience collaborating with agencies to achieve results. This role involves managing and reporting on marketing metrics, providing customer insights and an experimental mindset to achieve results. The Senior Manager will work closely with Merchandising, Brands and other teams to execute marketing strategies and tactics that appeal to our diverse customer segments.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience Required
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in ecommerce marketing demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
  • Experience delivering results across both performance and brand marketing in an ecommerce company
  • Demonstrable experience across multiple marketing channels including full-funnel site optimization, email/SMS, paid, social, content.
  • Experience developing and executing against a marketing calendar, inclusive of gaining alignment and allocating resources.


Education and Experience Preferred
  • Proven track record leading marketing for a home furnishings or gift industries preferred.
  • Experience building organizational competencies and best practices in a start-up or high-growth ecommerce business.
  • Accountability for managing ROAS and marketing budgets.
  • Team management experience.


CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
  • Support and execute customer-centric strategies that support key brand objectives and growth drivers.
  • Support marketing channels both directly and via agencies or internal partners.
  • Be customer-obsessed, understand our customer and be the voice of the customer cross-functionally.
  • Execute plans to maximize marketing budget in partnership with agencies and internal resources to drive business objectives.
  • Identify and share performance improvement opportunities based on data analysis.
  • Work closely with the analytics, site team and agency partners to create comprehensive reports that align marketing and ecommerce data, ensuring strategic and performance consistency.
  • Support the development of the Retail business strategy and effectively communicate objectives within the organization.


The pay range for this position is $47.35 to $59.04 per hour.

Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
