Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and sales processes to support the Sky Tree project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, book planning, lead management, forecasting, and opportunity management, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud to optimize sales processes.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through the creation of reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on Salesforce best practices.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business tools and systems.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and sales process workflows (book planning, lead management, forecasting, and opportunity management).
  • Prior experience in Salesforce implementation is mandatory.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and business process optimization.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting to support sales decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT.
  • Experience with Gong AI for sales analytics and conversational intelligence is a plus.
  • Exposure to other AI-driven sales enablement tools is a bonus.


Certifications

Salesforce-related certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus but not mandatory.
