Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud to optimize sales processes.
- Support data-driven decision-making through the creation of reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on Salesforce best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business tools and systems.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and sales process workflows (book planning, lead management, forecasting, and opportunity management).
- Prior experience in Salesforce implementation is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of CRM best practices and business process optimization.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting to support sales decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT.
- Experience with Gong AI for sales analytics and conversational intelligence is a plus.
- Exposure to other AI-driven sales enablement tools is a bonus.
Certifications
