Description:
As a senior data analyst on the Workforce Manage Data Analytics team, you'll provide comprehensive, data-driven insights for a variety of projects supporting Call Center efficiency. This role requires strong critical thinking and the ability to use data and visualization tools to tell the story to leaders throughout CRM. There is opportunity for ingenuity and creative thinking to improve and automate existing reporting.

Must-have qualifications
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
- Energized by solving complex analytical problems and translating them into straightforward conclusions and visuals for leaders.
- Ability to execute on projects and independently move them forward.
- Technical aptitude and experience in data manipulation using tools such as SQL, SAS, Snowflake, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
Compensation
- $79,200- $105,600/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to30%of your eligible earnings based on company performance
