Description

This role is key part of the Corporate FP&A team supporting the Corporate Long-Range Planning process. This role will focus on developing dynamic financial models to create data-driven projections that assess future business performance under various scenarios and will integrate historical trends, market conditions, and key business drivers to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with the company's long-term objectives. Additionally, the role collaborates across teams to align key financial drivers with strategic objectives while contributing to process improvements and ad hoc initiatives.

You will be responsible for:
Manage complex scenario modelling at detailed intersection for 3-year outlook. Continuously update LRP model based on current year, evaluate impacts of change in business and effect on future years.
Model multiple "what-if" scenarios and perform sensitivity analysis to assess the financial impact of different business strategies, market conditions, and operational changes.
Analyze historical performance, market trends, and business drivers to develop realistic and data-driven assumptions for long-range forecasts.
Provide insights and analysis to support the development of the long-range financial plan, ensuring it reflects the company's vision and objectives
Assist in the identification, development, and adoption of strategic ad hoc initiatives that contribute continuous process improvement to the organization
Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather market trends, inflation, to ensure alignment with LRP drivers

Qualifications

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree - Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus but not required
5 years of experience
Experience in fast moving consumer products industry
Must be analytical, detailed oriented and accurate with the ability to identify, research, and resolve issues
Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus
Excellent communication skills, including high-quality slide presentations, clear and concise written communication, and engaging and compelling verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines, organized, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
Proactive individual looking to continuously take on additional responsibility and improve processes and procedures
Ability to work independently and in groups

Pay Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $139,600.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
