The Role

As a Project Manager at Reconstruction Experts, you will lead and oversee exciting projects with a great team. You will handle project administration, financial management, field oversight, and client relations while driving the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contracts and manage permits
  • Create and adjust project budgets
  • Provide client updates and handle documentation
  • Oversee quality control and safety on-site
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and handle project planning

What We're Looking For:
  • You will need a good understanding of the Construction Industry
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Minimum of 5 years in construction with project management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
