Briefing Program Manager
The Briefing Program Manager is responsible for the overall success of onsite executive briefings. This includes managing planning timelines, stakeholder expectations & communications, executive engagement, and the successful execution of briefings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end briefing planning process for executive briefings hosted in the Executive Briefing Center, including:
    • Scheduling and leading briefing strategy and planning calls with account teams
    • Identifying appropriate agenda topics based on customer/sales team objectives
    • Sourcing and securing subject-matter experts and executives to participate
    • Partnering with the concierge team on logistics and day-of details (e.g., catering, transportation)
  • Develop briefing agendas and facilitate experiences that connect executives, technical experts, and customers for strategic, outcome-driven discussions
  • Create mechanisms and drive efficiencies to scale briefings effectively
  • Build key relationships to deliver a streamlined experience for internal stakeholders and customers
  • Partner with stakeholders across briefing programming, sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop enablement materials for sales teams
  • Improve or establish standard operating procedures for briefing execution
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to set clear expectations with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, throughout the briefing planning process

Skills & Experience Required:
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with the ability to learn internal briefing management tools
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Operational expertise with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management across various levels of an organization
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end program execution and presenting results to senior leadership
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and value-based selling
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts and technology solutions
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas, drive process improvements, and manage administrative details
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with the ability to remove blockers and make autonomous decisions
  • Ability to adapt to a highly dynamic and rapidly changing environment
