The Senior Director of Market Development is a strategic role responsible for revenue expansion across new and existing markets. This position requires a dynamic and visionary leader to identify new high-growth markets as well as opportunities to strengthen Bel's presence within existing markets. Acting as a trusted advisor to the President and the executive leadership team, this role will be pivotal in shaping the company's growth trajectory while maintaining a global perspective on market dynamics, competitive positioning, and strategic business development.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA is preferred
- Fifteen+ years of experience in roles focused on market development, sales strategy, business development and revenue growth
- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management
- Knowledge of structuring sales goals and revenue expectations
- Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office
- Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization
- Good organizational skills: ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects
- Travel up to 25%
