Responsibilities
- Manage and receive inventory for 6 high volume dealerships
- Manage busy shop with 30 techs, detailers, valets, and drivers
- Manage the team, process, maintenance, and work schedules
- Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly operated and maintained
- Hold shop meetings to keep the shop up to date
- Supervise and train staff
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols
- CDK knowledge is a plus, but willing to train the right experience
Requirements
- Prior Service Management experience required
- Strong automotive knowledge
- Strong teamwork and time management skills
- Outstanding leadership skills
