Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate various operational aspects of the company, ensuring efficient execution of projects. This role is pivotal in managing resources, scheduling, and liaising between different teams to meet project goals and timelines, particularly in substational electrical construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and project execution in substational electrical construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all projects.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including construction, engineering, and finance to align project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of substational electrical construction practices and regulations, including Large Capital Projects
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
