Shift: 4 days/week, day shift, no call, no float

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience: Minimum of 2 years

Certifications: BLS

Must-Have:
- Must be available for scheduling as-needed based on clinic needs and census
- Able to perform charge duties, create care plans, conduct RN assessments, and write progress notes

Job Description:
- Provide care in a chronic dialysis setting with 21 machines and 54 patients
- Work clinic days from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- No flexibility for scheduling requests or blocked schedules - travelers must adapt to the clinic's requirements
- Work collaboratively in a post-acute care setting
- Execute nursing duties with precision and patient-focused care
