What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets
Drive customer engagement and ensure an outstanding buying experience
Implement and monitor effective sales strategies
Work closely with the finance and service departments to optimize customer satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, promotions, and competitor offerings
What We're Looking For:
Experience in automotive sales management
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Exceptional customer service and negotiation abilities
Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
A results-driven mindset with a passion for success
Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership sales software is a plus!
Salary: $120,000 to $220,000 per year
