As a Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include crafting compelling marketing campaigns and leveraging digital and traditional channels to enhance brand visibility, engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will bring a wide variety of marketing skills, a creative mindset, strong writing skills, the ability to multi-task and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns within the technology sector.
Essential Functions
- Create, manage and post content for social media channels to increase engagement
- Create, lead, and manage a customer advocacy program primarily focused on the development of voice of customer content managed from inception through completion (quotes, testimonials, case studies, thought leadership, panel participation, social proof, etc.)
- Collaborate and/or lead management and execution of essential market research/surveys (NPS, technology survey, customer satisfaction survey, etc.), including sourcing the most appropriate platform; establish appropriate survey cadence, and analyzing results
- Manage planning, execution, and success of virtual webinars and on-site events (conferences and tradeshows,) inclusive of planning, logistics, engagement strategies and opportunities
- Collaborate with business development to seek out and initiate co-marketing initiatives with loan origination system, point-of-sale platform, and other technology and association partners
- Work with the Content Writer and Senior Marketing Manager to create content to raise awareness of additional services for existing clients, as well as to attract new clients, including collateral, case studies, one-pagers, client testimonials, FAQs, talking points, videos, email, and social messaging, etc.
- Knowledge of digital advertising, retargeting, and social media advertising a plus
- Oversee key performance metrics and tracking tools for areas of ownership to identify actionable insights for the marketing team
- Become an expert on our market, customers, customer pain points, and our competition to support company and product strategy
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues
Core Competencies
- 360 marketing experience with increasing responsibility
- Experience with B2B marketing for financial services and/or the mortgage industry a plus
- Passionate storyteller with the ability to understand industry trends, technology concepts, adoption and challenges and create compelling content aligned with buyer personas
- Experience in coordinating sponsorships/exhibit hall presence for industry tradeshows (working with event organizers, booth design and logistics vendors, internal teams, etc.)
- Experience with webinar development and virtual meeting and event platforms a plus (Zoom, Google Meet, On24, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
- Experience with NPS and other survey processes and platforms a plus (Hubspot, SurveyMonkey, etc.)
- Execute proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible project management of all assignments and initiatives ensuring adherence to deadline requirements; experience in project management platforms (ClickUp) a plus
- Proven results-oriented marketer with strong execution capability
- Owned and achieved KPIs
- Clear understanding of how to create a consistent brand, messaging, content, and visual experience across all omni-channel touchpoints
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or other relevant fields.
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing and communications experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience and/or passion for the mortgage industry highly valued
