  • CompTIA Security+ certification (required)
  • Experience with DoD Contracting, Acquisition, or Financial Management systems
  • Proficiency in Sybase SQL script writing
  • Ability to support IT applications, including:
  • Standard Procurement System (SPS)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to travel occasionally to DoD sites within the continental United States (CONUS) for system and user support
  • Active Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Experience in contracting infrastructure management within a DoD environment
  • Previous experience providing technical support and training for DoD procurement systems

Responsibilities
  • This role requires expertise in DoD contracting processes and PD2 system administration
  • Provide end-user support and training on DoD electronic
    business applications, including the Standard Procurement System (SPS) and related eBusiness applications
  • Manage network credentials and system access to ensure the functionality of the contracting infrastructure
  • Collaborate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to develop evaluations, analyses, and data-intensive reports critical for mission success
  • Respond to data calls and support all aspects of contracting operations in coordination with the COR
  • Notify the COR of contract modifications that may conflict with DPAP memorandums, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and SOCOM Acquisition Regulation Supplement (SOFARS)
  • Perform system administration tasks, including report writing, script execution, and troubleshooting
