Mandatory Skills: Business Analyst, Data Governance, PL/SQL
At least 8 years of experience in Data Governance, Business Analysis or related roles
Strong knowledge of Data Governance Concepts-Data Catalogue, Lineage, Data Quality and reference Data etc.
Ability to analyze complex data related business process and provide recommendations
Collaborate with Data owner , business users, IT teams and compliance Team to drive data governance initiatives
Hands on experience in creating Complex Business Rules for Data Quality
Hands on experience on PL/SQL, Data Profiling, and Data lineage concepts
Hands on experience in validating data in source systems
Strong documentation, Problem solving and analytical thinking capabilities
Facilitate workshops and training sessions on data governance best practices
Develop reports and dashboards for data governance KPI's and process tracking
Hands on experience on Data Bricks/ Azure would be added advantage
Hands on experience on API , Validation via POSTMAN (Optional)
