Bungie is searching for a Business Operations Manager (BOM) to support the Bungie Studio Operations Team (SOT), including managing studio-wide events and other special projects that impact employee experience, coordinating Bungie's company-wide rhythm of the business calendar and rituals, and driving studio-wide communications for the Bungie Studio Operations Team.
Reporting to the Principal Business and Studio Operations Manager, the BOM serves as the primary project manager for the Studio Operations Team, which requires coordination across multiple disciplines including Employee Services, Facilities, IT and Physical Security.

$81,000-$95,000 USD
Bellevue Pay Range II
$97,000-$121,000 USD

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the studio's single point of contact for events and larger meetings, owning the successful production and continuous improvement of studio-wide events such as Bungie Day, Pentathlon and game launch celebrations.
- Function as the Scrum Master for the Studio Operations Team rituals, maintaining a backlog, tracking tasks, leading monthly and annual planning sessions and contributing content as appropriate.
- Function as the Scrum Master for the Rhythm of the Business Council rituals, facilitating to avoid schedule conflicts, aligning key rituals, tracking tasks, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.
- Owns and maintains studio Rhythm of the Business calendar in concert with business and game team rhythms.
- Schedule, drive and document ongoing meetings in support of the Studio Operations Team, providing detailed notes and action items.
- Create and maintain Studio Operations Team documentation, including ownership of our HQ Standard Operating Procedures.
- Drive and execute internal communications for the Studio Operations Team.
- Maintain insight into HQ events, meetings, and general studio activities and surface issues to the Studio Operations Team.
- Facilitate and project manage HQ space planning and special projects.
- Oversee and maintain studio-wide group email aliases, and actively participate as a member of the studio-wide email moderation group.
- Identify dysfunction and misalignment on critical studio operations topics and bring appropriate individuals together to resolve them; escalate issues and concerns appropriately.
- Seek to continuously improve processes, best practices, and stakeholder satisfaction under the direction of the Principal Business and Studio Operations Manager.
- Support on other projects or meetings as requested by the Principal Business and Studio Operations Manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong project management skills: building and maintaining work backlogs; tracking, scheduling, and driving projects to on-time completion.
- Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills: ability to drive high-value meetings through challenging discussions and build clear action items and accountability.
- Highly organized, quality and detail-driven, and able to mitigate risk through proactive processes with a high emotional intelligence.
- Strong written and oral communication skills: ability to produce executive presentations and studio-wide communications.
- Demonstrated experience in rapidly learning new methods and processes and adapting them to critical business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and cross departmental relationships.
- Demonstrated experience fostering teamwork and supporting high functioning teams.
- Strong bias to action and ability to work in ambiguous environment.
