Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively negotiating deals and closing sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Manage accounts efficiently, providing ongoing support and communication to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role.
- Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated success in business development and lead generation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform business strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and pipeline management tools.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
