DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and design software architecture to meet business and technical requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of software solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers and developers, to define system requirements.
- Develop architectural blueprints, technical documentation, and coding standards.
- Review code and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Identify potential risks in system design and propose mitigation strategies.
- Oversee integration of new technologies and ensure alignment with existing systems.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or in a similar role.
- Expertise in system design, architecture patterns, and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and caching strategies.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
