We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Software Architect to design and oversee the architecture of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in defining the technical vision, ensuring scalability, security, and performance, and guiding development teams in implementing best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Define and design software architecture to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of software solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers and developers, to define system requirements.
  • Develop architectural blueprints, technical documentation, and coding standards.
  • Review code and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Identify potential risks in system design and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee integration of new technologies and ensure alignment with existing systems.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Architect or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in system design, architecture patterns, and best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and caching strategies.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
