We are seeking a Northern California Collaborative Delivery Lead to actively engage with and directly support project teams in the successful marketing and delivery of Collaborative Delivery projects.

Pay Range
$175,000 to $250,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a NorCal Collaborative Delivery strategy
- Actively participate in pre-marketing and positioning for competitive procurements with both clients and contractors
- Maintain local contractor relationships
- Support proposal development/preparation
- Implementation and administration of corporate policies
- Lead identification/vetting of subcontractors and sub-consultants
- Support proposal preparation including authoring /supplying content
- Lead commercial term review and assessment with Risk Management (prime contacts, teaming agreements, subcontractor agreements, etc.)
- Directly manage Collaborative Delivery project execution
- Develop tools and procedures for the execution of collaborative delivery projects, as needed
- Support Carollo Engineers industry leadership through participation in trade organizations such as WDBC, DBIA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field of study
- 20+ years of experience engaged in project execution and marketing for water-wastewater and infrastructure projects
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Design/CM At-Risk, progressive design build, and other collabortive project delivery methods
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients, pursuit and project teams
- Commercial agreement evaluation and negotiation
- Application of critical thinking skills to identify risks and opportunities related to design and construction
- Proven team leader and facilitator
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
