Program Manager - AI Governance & Enablement | Hybrid

What you do:

We are seeking a Program Manager of AI Governance & Enablement to join our team and lead the development and implementation of special projects related to data and AI governance. This role will be responsible for planning, executing and supporting strategic initiatives mandated by Allianz SE and Allianz Life, that enables the continued advancement of Allianz Life's ability to drive value through data and AI. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management and communication skills, experience in developing and implementing cross-functional initiatives, and experience or familiarity with data governance concepts.

A successful candidate will have background in:

• Develop and implement Data by Design, an Allianz SE mandated program to add data governance processes into data-relevant projects
• Work with cross-functional teams to update existing processes and create new processes where needed to ensure data governance is considered throughout the project lifecycle
• Partner with our Learning & Development and Change Management teams to develop and deliver training programs to educate impacted teams on Data by Design requirements
• Provide consistent communication to stakeholders and project teams impacted by Data by Design and other data governance activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit leaders, TSEO and the ATA PMO
• Provide reporting to Allianz SE on Data by Design efforts, as well as other data governance related efforts
• Develop and implement additional data governance special projects as needed

What you bring:

• 6+ years' experience required in Financial Services, Governance or Program/Project Management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienced required
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing and implementing large projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
