    Primary Responsibilities

    KeHE's multiple lines of exclusive brands products offer Bulk solutions for retailers seeking to offer compelling natural foods items to the communities they serve. The Supplier Support Manager will have an integral role in this effort, chiefly responsible for managing existing supplier relationships to ensure our products meet our partner's needs in an ever-changing retail landscape. This position manages the purchasing and supply chain experience for Exclusive Brands to ensure products are available with minimal supply chain disruption. This role also acts as a partner on key sales initiatives and leverages cross-functional and organizational resources to achieve key financial goals.     Essential Functions

    • Our primary contact for Exclusive Brands suppliers working with current and new suppliers to understand their business, capabilities and constraints.
    • Own the relationship with suppliers to achieve the right cost and logistics solutions.
    • Provide forecasts and commitments for supplier production runs on an ongoing basis.
    • Work with suppliers to address issues causing out-of-stock conditions.
    • Manage solutions for aging inventory.
    • Provide guidance for inventory levels in third-party warehouses.
    • Provide suppliers with PO resolution, appointment assistance, elevation of deduction issues, share cost increases, order min changes
    • Partner with suppliers to verify certifications, production run sizes and distribution logistics.
    • Work with suppliers to collect certificates and help with appointments for domestic and import suppliers.
    • Work with the suppliers to determine buy strategy changes to achieve efficiency, freshness, and cost reduction objectives.
    • Manages current and new Torn & Glasser business opportunities.
    • Proactively communicate purchase order issues to KeHE buyers.
    • Partner with leaders and suppliers on operations strategy to increase movement of exclusive brands products.
    • Works on all UDR's(Unloading Discrepancy Reports) pertaining to Torn & Glasser products.
    • Ensure consistency among sales teams for execution of sales process and education of items.
    • Identify operational inefficiencies and generate solutions to improve cost, workflow, and speed to market.
    • Prioritization of key objectives, goals, and management of critical issues.
    • Works to resolve any disputes with supplier partners to reach mutually agreeable resolutions.
    • Other duties and special projects as requested


    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

    • Bachelor's in Business, Sales, Operations, Communications, Business, or related field a plus
    • Five (5) or more years in relevant retail or consumer product industry role.
    • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
    • Familiarity with FDA labelling regulations, good manufacturing practices, and 3rd party certifications (i.e. USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified) preferred.
    • Experience with syndicated data (SPINS, Nielsen, Spectra, etc.) a plus
