onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to drive, influence, measure, and report stakeholder value through world-class financial leadership. Join our Corporate Accounting team as the Global Revenue Sr. Manager in Scottsdale, AZ. This role will report to the Senior Director of Global Revenue, oversee revenue recognition compliance and documentation of Lead to Cash related accounting policies and procedures. A successful candidate will be results oriented, have the capacity to build and maintain strong relationships, embrace and influence change, and demonstrate the ability to successfully handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities
Performance Objectives
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the revenue accounting team focusing on automation and process improvement to support the company's scale, growth and financial transformation goals
- Lead the month-end close process for revenue, accounts receivable, and related reserves to ensure an accurate and timely close. Ensure compliance with the Company's revenue recognition policies under ASC 606
- Execute on month-end, quarter end, and year end deliverables such as reconciliations, analysis, memos, footnote disclosures, and audit (internal and external) related documentation
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Operations to review and structure contracts, ensuring alignment with revenue recognition policies.
- Support Lead to Cash in Finance transformation, ERP modernization project, and maintain effective controls
- Support domestic and international accounting teams on the application of the company's accounting policies and procedures
- Manage and mentor staff
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting
- Active CPA designation preferred
- 8+ years of relevant work experience. Combination of Public Accounting and Industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of US GAAP, revenue recognition principles ASC 606 with the ability to apply it effectively
- Strong written and communication skills, and Excel skills. Able to manipulate large amounts of data
- Detail oriented, organized, and ability to work in a team
- Proven experience as Accounting Manager
- Must be able to adapt to an evolving and growing company environment
- Minimal travel may be requested
