Description:
We are seeking an experienced Training Director with a background in retail, grocery, or restaurant/food and beverage industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing training programs that ensure high-quality customer service. This role involves leading a team of front of house and back of house trainers across our California locations. This role is with a growing brand with a ton of growth opportunity and working with family-owned company. The pay range is $90-110K.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years experience in a training role within the retail, grocery, or restaurant/food and beverage industries.
Strong background in developing and implementing customer service training programs.
Experience managing and directing a team.
Familiarity with health and safety employee protocols.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Be willing to lead the charge for new methods of training.
Willingness to travel to various locations within California.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bilingual
