Description
The Personal Lines Auto Delivery teams are looking for someone to be a key contributor to USRM profit and growth goals and help shape and bring to life USRM's current and future auto pricing programs. You will be responsible for determining product scope, defining requirements according to state regulations and strategy, and execute analytical and technical expertise for states for end-to-end rollout. Additionally, this role will drive proactive and continuous communication with key stakeholders, such as the Director of State Operations, Modeling, Experience & Technology.
The foundational knowledge of our auto product, rating programs, and connections to other parts of the organization gained during Delivery roles provide a solid foundation for a robust path across Product or USRM!

Responsibilities:
- Fully own and execute on assigned states' end-to-end rollout of the latest personal auto insurance pricing programs.
- Gather and document product requirements, clearly communicate requirements to stakeholders, and ensure accurate implementation.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the pricing program and assigned states, provide thoughtful recommendations that influence state decisions and help drive corporate strategy.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams and manage moderate to high complexity projects.
- Conduct complex analyses to drive and support business decisions; where necessary, conduct in depth research of competitor offerings and filings.
- Educate IT partners on business vision and plan, and both IT and business partners on the impact of changes.
- Independently manage project timelines, flag risks and develop contingency plans, escalate blockers as appropriate.
- Regularly update leadership and stakeholders on project progress, addressing concerns and managing communication channels.
- Lead job shadow discussions with less experienced analysts. Provides technical training and user support to business groups.

- Foundational knowledge of product & pricing to succeed in Product or other parts of USRM
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field Minimum 4 year's relevant work experience, typically 6 years.
- Master's degree beneficial. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem).
- Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
- Experience managing projects preferred.
