The Instructional Products (IP) content team is responsible for instructional materials - user guides, help systems, tips, and more. IP is passionate about answering product questions quickly and accurately, and helping people discover what's possible with their Apple products.
In this role, you'll lead the instructional design team that creates user education solutions for audio and video products, and other exciting Apple areas. We are looking for a strong, innovative leader with a proven ability to drive cross-functional experiences in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Apple's Instructional Products team is seeking an Instructional Design Manager to lead the team that creates customer-facing educational materials for audio, video, and other product areas.
- Manage a team of instructional designers: assign projects, review written content, monitor workloads and resources, conduct regular staff meetings, provide ongoing feedback, write and deliver performance reviews, and so on.
- Collaborate with other managers to coordinate product strategies and department-wide initiatives.
- Oversee various product lines, ensuring that your team's deliverables are high quality and on time.
- Provide leadership and vision to continually explore ground-breaking and effective education solutions.
- Work closely with product teams - including marketing, engineering, program management, and localization - to evaluate our user guides and advocate for innovative customer-focused instructional materials.
