Overview
The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, Connected Media (CRO), driving business growth, revenue optimization, and cross-functional alignment. This role will focus on identifying revenue opportunities, refining go-to-market strategies, and unifying sales and business development efforts to accelerate growth. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, experience in advertising and media technology, and a passion for scaling high-performance revenue teams.
Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Business Strategy
Identify high-impact revenue opportunities that will supercharge the organization's growth through new business models, partnerships, or product expansions.
Collaborate with the CRO to develop annual business plans for sales teams and business development, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Evaluate monetization strategies for data, ad tech products, and platform partnerships to drive long-term profitability.
Client-Centric Innovation & Problem-Solving
Tackle key client challenges by developing new Groupe-wide solutions that enhance performance and deliver added value.
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to co-create solutions tailored to evolving advertiser needs.
Leverage industry insights and data analytics to inform strategic client engagement approaches.
Go-to-Market Optimization and Inspiration
Audit and refine go-to-market (GTM) narratives for existing products to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance storytelling and positioning for current and future offerings.
Partner with sales leaders to ensure GTM strategies are resonating with key decision-makers across industries.
Empowering Teams & Operational Unification
Identify opportunities to unify the organization's center, ensuring that agencies and front-line teams have the tools, data, and resources needed to deliver effectively.
Create new ways of working to elevate strategic outputs, streamline collaboration, and enhance execution speed.
Implement best practices for operational efficiency, communication, and knowledge-sharing across teams.
Executive Support & Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to the CRO, assisting with decision-making, strategic planning, and priority alignment.
Drive special initiatives, such as business transformation efforts, new product launches, and market expansion strategies.
Prepare executive briefings, reports, and dashboards to track revenue performance and strategic execution.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience
- Experience in advertising and media technology
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Skilled in navigating complex and matrixed environments
- Unparalleled discretion and diplomacy
- Excellent judgment, problem solving and decision-making ability
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize; demonstrated agility and flexibility
