Brand Marketing Manager

As a Brand Marketing Manager at Pure Fishing, you'll lead the charge in developing and executing integrated brand plans that drive growth, awareness, and engagement. You'll craft compelling brand stories, activate marketing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products shine in the market. What you will do:
  • Shape Brand Strategy - Define and execute multi-year brand plans that drive sales, market share, and consumer loyalty.
  • Turn Insights into Action - Analyze market data and consumer behavior to create winning marketing strategies.
  • Lead Brand Communication & Activation - Develop marketing campaigns, manage creative assets, and oversee omnichannel execution.
  • Collaborate with Key Teams - Partner with Retail Marketing, Sales, Digital, and Social teams to create seamless brand experiences.
  • Drive Go-To-Market Success - Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and in-store activations to maximize impact.
  • Manage Budgets & ROI - Oversee marketing spend, track performance, and optimize for the best return on investment.

Your work environment:

As a Brand Marketing Manager, you'll work in a collaborative and creative space where strategy meets execution. You'll juggle cross-functional partnerships, campaign development, and brand storytelling-all while keeping an eye on performance and innovation. Expect a mix of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and results-driven marketing.

What you will need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in brand management or marketing, preferably in outdoor or consumer goods.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and mentor talent.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate insights into action.
  • A track record of successful brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Digital, and Retail Marketing teams.
