Under the general direction of the Logistics' Managers and Directors, the Materials Management Supervisor is responsible for supporting operational daily aspects of S upply Chain Operations and Laundry and Linen service areas in the medical centers/hospitals and ambulatory clinics. You will support the department in supervising staff, provide financial oversight, manage compliance audits, and assist in the development of policy and procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Salary Range: $36.49-76.05/hr
Under the general direction of the Logistics' Managers and Directors, the Materials Management Supervisor is responsible for supporting operational daily aspects of S upply Chain Operations and Laundry and Linen service areas in the medical centers/hospitals and ambulatory clinics. You will support the department in supervising staff, provide financial oversight, manage compliance audits, and assist in the development of policy and procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise materials management team members, maintain staff schedules, and manage daily logistics operations.
- Oversee supply replenishment, manage par levels, equipment processing, and the removal of outdated products.
- Develop policies and procedures for process improvements and ensure compliance.
- Create reports on inventory, budget, or any other data.
- Maintain staff schedules; draft performance evaluations, counseling memos, and address staff shortages on all shifts across teams.
Salary Range: $36.49-76.05/hr
