Sunchase Companies is seeking a Director of Marketing & Brand Development to lead and elevate our brand presence across all platforms. This role is responsible for developing and executing high-level marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, business growth, and community engagement across our subsidiaries: Sunchase Construction, The Sunchase Team - Sales, Sunchase Property Group, and Southeast Management Group.

As the Director of Marketing & Brand Development, you will own the development of our brand identity, voice, and positioning while driving results through strategic marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure all marketing efforts align with Sunchase's business goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Sales Team Marketing Assistant, setting the strategic marketing plan for the sales team while allowing the assistant to handle the day-to-day execution of those efforts.

The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and results-driven, with a balance of high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly collaborative, and can turn big ideas into measurable results.

Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Development
Own and refine Sunchase's brand strategy, ensuring alignment and consistency across all subsidiaries.
Shape and maintain each brand's unique voice under the Sunchase umbrella, aligned with business goals and target audiences.
Audit marketing materials for quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
Position Sunchase as a leader in real estate investment, development, construction, and property management.

Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive leads, awareness, and growth.
"Own" marketing efforts for major announcements, events, developments, and investment opportunities.
Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand standards and business objectives.
Serve as the primary contact for leadership, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
Plan and execute company events that align with strategic goals.
Content development and execution across digital, social, print, and property marketing channels.

Qualifications
Strong drive to own marketing strategy and lead growth initiatives.
Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to manage brand identity and execute marketing across digital and physical channels.
Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams to support lead generation and revenue goals.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (social media, email, digital ads).
Education in marketing or a related field is a plus, not required.
