Position: Clinical Psychologist
Location: New York, NY 10038
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $95,000 Annual Salary
About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Clinical Psychologist to join our growing behavioral health team. In this key role, you will provide high-quality psychological services to a diverse client population while helping shape innovative wellness initiatives. This position blends clinical work (therapy and assessments) with leadership opportunities, including supervision of interns and contributing to program development.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough client assessments, including psychological testing and evaluations.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Supervise and mentor psychology interns, offering clinical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to coordinate holistic care.
• Ensure clinical documentation and services comply with all state and agency standards.
• Participate in program development, research initiatives, and process improvements.
• Maintain productivity standards and manage a dedicated caseload.

What You'll Bring:

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted NYS Licensed Psychologist credential.
• At least one year of internship or equivalent hands-on clinical experience.
