Are you a driven and dynamic leader with a passion for luxury automotive sales? Jaguar Land Rover North Haven is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive Sales Success: Oversee daily sales operations, set performance goals, and ensure the team meets and exceeds targets.
  • Lead & Develop the Team: Train, mentor, and motivate sales professionals to maximize their potential.
  • Deliver a Luxury Buying Experience: Maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Inventory & Pricing: Work closely with the team to ensure optimal vehicle selection, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
  • Oversee CRM & Follow-Up Processes: Ensure proper engagement with customers and timely follow-ups to maximize conversion.
  • Collaborate with Departments: Work alongside finance, service, and marketing teams to create seamless customer experiences.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in automotive sales management (luxury brand experience is a plus).
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital retailing tools.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
