Senior Research Analyst - REITs

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Research Analyst with a focus on REITs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track in covering the REIT space and extensive relationships with companies and management teams. The Analyst will work with sales traders that also have experience within the sector and will be able to capitalize on the Analyst's coverage universe.

Salary Range: $175-225k

Responsibilities:

• Provide research coverage on REITs and potentially other related types of issuers
• Identify relationships that can result in introductions to other members of the Ladenburg team
• Attend conferences and further develop a reputation as a key opinion leader within the space
• Work with junior analysts and train as needed
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, client meetings, and other networking events.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in research, investment banking, or related areas.
• Demonstrated success preparing research reports and developing the financial modeling associated therewith.
• Extensive knowledge of financial markets and regulatory environment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at the highest levels.
