About the Role
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. You will treat a variety of conditions, provide preventive services, and coordinate care with specialists as needed. We are looking for a physician who excels in teamwork, values high-quality patient outcomes, and has a passion for continuing education and collaboration within a multidisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, managing chronic and acute conditions.
Collaborate with specialists, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.
Stay current with advancements in medical practice and integrate evidence-based care into daily practice.
Document patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with system protocols.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a patient-focused care model.

Qualifications
Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO)
