**Salary**: $100,000 - $114,000
**Hours**: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM or Clinic Hours (FT/PT/PRN)

**Overview**:
The Nevada Community Enrichment Program (NCEP), a nationally recognized, CARF-accredited neuro-rehabilitation center, specializes in treating brain injuries in adults, adolescents, and children. NCEP offers a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach that fosters extraordinary recovery outcomes through intensive therapy and state-of-the-art facilities. As a part of Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI), NCEP supports both rehabilitation and housing for individuals with brain injuries and other disabilities.

**Position Summary**:
NCEP is seeking a skilled and motivated **Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)** to join our team. This position offers the chance to work in a highly clinical, fast-paced, and rewarding environment with individuals who have complex brain injuries. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-quality speech therapy for individuals with neurological disorders.
- Utilize advanced clinical techniques to address issues such as aphasia, dysphagia, apraxia, and cognitive-linguistic therapy.
- Help patients reintegrate into the community and regain independence.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of medical professionals and therapists.

**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
- Current CCC-SLP certification from ASHA or eligibility to obtain it, and a Nevada SLP License (or ability to obtain within two weeks).
- Passion for working in a post-acute, neuro-rehabilitation setting.
- Experience with neurological disorders, including dysphagia, aphasia, and apraxia, is preferred.
